Team Leaders
Are you looking for a new challenge?
We are currently seeking experienced and motivated Children’s Guardians and Independent Social Workers who can recruit and manage their own team of assessors and consultants. Hours are flexible and can be worked alongside your current commitments. Each Team Leader will have an exclusive area based upon Local Authority and Court boundaries and will be given full administrative, financial and marketing support. Self-employed OTE of £60,000 are anticipated.
This is a unique opportunity for those who have a proven track record of providing high quality, evidence based, child centred reports and assessments to the Courts and Local Authorities and will offer the right people the chance to contribute to our business growth at an early stage, leading to further rewards.
